These are FACTS, not theories. The legal name system operates through undisclosed fraud. Every use of the legal name creates automatic criminal liability. The LEGAL NAME is Crown Corporation property, not the property of the Living Being.

Criminal Act #1: The Name Theft
The legal name was REGISTERED to the Crown Corporation/Church/State by parents at birth. The LEGAL NAME is not the property of the Living Being. Using or claiming the legal name equals theft of Crown property.
False impersonation occurs when Living Being claims the LEGAL NAME as theirs. The legal name you think is "yours" was transferred to Crown ownership at birth.

Bank accounts and businesses registered in LEGAL NAME are Crown property.
Registration = property transfer to Crown. Automatic theft occurs when Living Being claims registered items as "theirs."

The Foundation of Fraud
  • Birth certificate CANNOT be used for identification
  • Anyone can order a copy with minimal information
  • Birth certificate equals bond created in the LEGAL NAME
  • Living Being becomes SURETY for the bond when claiming the LEGAL NAME
